You all hear me talk about being aware of where your energy is and to follow the guidance if you’re being lead toward rest… And this also work in alignment with this weeks energy forecast for mid week being the soulful message of STOP!!!
Well stop I have!!!
I wanted to share with you that if your energy is declining, that doesn’t mean anything is wrong… You can still possess a positive mindset…
Most people naturally connect the dots to low energy equals low mental emotional/mindset and that’s simply not that case…
I remember a time when these low vibing days would occur and rather work with them to receive the divine messages, I would come from the masculine of trying to push and force things to get done and fight the low energy and create so much freakin frustration within myself…
I would say things like “ get your shit together, you don’t have time for low vibing days” And that was the type energy & mindset I brought to these moments…
I totally repelled the aspect of alignment, flow and allowing myself to receive… Don’t get me wrong, I knew logically that executing the masculine was not right but that had been my pattern I’d done for years… And I don’t want that for you…
I had to really do that inner work to break this pattern and drop down from my head and learn to be ok to go within and be still to receive these powerful insights made available to me…
I want you to know learn from my mistakes and know that these moments when your soul brings you to a halt, its because it wants you to go within and review, reflect and reassess life….
And not to mention with Mercury Retrograde fast approaching that energy will also encourage you to slow down as well…
Sometime we go through life choosing only one pathway and get that tunnel vision and don’t always see all the other available options along the way…
When you give yourself permission to stop and go within, you become awakened to new ideas, concepts, perspectives and intuitive information that accelerate new pathways of growth and opportunities…
So really, these times of low energy are actually blessings to obtain wisdom from within…
So don’t stress and just be open…
And ask yourself : Am I ready to receive divine soulful guidance???
