A lot of the time you already instinctual know what to do because your cosmic team sends intuitive guidance on how to align your energy with your actions… Yet it can be the very thing you resist…
You may do a lot of thinking, contemplating and reviewing what energy actions you need to do, but don’t actually do them… Because you spend too much time in the human aspect of thoughts, thinking & logic that you oversee the importance of doing the beingness aspect within the equation of manifesting your dreams…
The beingness component is about embodiment…
Embody mind, body, soul & spirit together towards the goals you desire… This is the key ingredient of manifesting your highest potential within self & your actionable steps towards your dreams… So that everything is working in sync as one, not separate identities with their own agenda…
Embodiment is about accessing all your innate wisdom, intuitive guidance and tapping into your own empowerment that compliments the inspired action you’re taking, so everything is infused together with energy & action…
The beingness element can make the human aspect of self, feels very uncomfortable because you don’t know what is there and or how to control the situation so you avoid it altogether…
You have been conditioned to believe that logic, reason & rational proceeds the energetic work so therefore you continue to do what you’ve always done… However the truth is you’ll always receive the same results as before, which is not what you’re wanting…

If you applied the same strategy you do with taking action and apply that to the beingness, you’d rapidly achieve different results…

✷ What energy do you require to embody what you want to attract…?
✷ What vibration do you want to send out into the cosmos to attract what you desire…?
✷ How do you want to feel on a consistent basis…
✷ Along with working through the old stories that will present themselves when you do this at the beginning…
Your old paradigm of limitations will come up and it’s important to be aware of this and know how to work through it…
Sit for a moment and take a few deep breathes and ask yourself “what is my resistance, block or limitation around being still?”
✪ Do you have any old stories that replay information that when you’re not doing or not taking action that you’re lazy or procrastinating…
✪ What are your beliefs about embodying the energy of the very thing you want???
✪ Is energy work something you value or just logically know you should do but don’t…
All of these types of question will also give you access to valued information that you can work through to clear these old limitations too…
Through discovering what is holding you back or made consciously aware of these old inner thoughts, you can start to rebuild a new frequency around having all parts of self-transforming as one… Not one part of self-exceling whilst others parts stay stuck back in the old paradigms that no longer serve you…
