A Full Moon Soul Cleansing
This Ritual You’ll Need: Water, Paper, Pen, Plastic or Paper Cups
1… Set your intention… Removal of all the old…
2… Everytime an “old” surface (old being – old way of being, behaviours/habits/attitudes, mindsets, relationships, situation and even old identities) consciously stop in the exact moment it enters your reality… 3… Take a deep breaths & centre yourself…
4… Write on a piece of paper what that limitation is that you want to be cleansed & free from…
5… Fill a cup with water, scrunch that piece of paper up & submerge it into the water…
6… As you hold that paper in the water & command to yourself that I AM ARE FREE FROM (insert limitation/belief here)… You can express this internally or shout it out… Tune into what is intuitively right for you…
7… Then place the cup in the freezer… This symbolises that immediately the ‘old’ is now frozen & you are now free to explore the new…
8… It’s important to also consider, now that you are free from the old, what NEW do you want channel…
9… On another piece of paper, write what new belief, habit, behaviour, self-love ritual, mindset or relationship are you open to receive now… Place this piece of paper on the fridge or somewhere you can see it daily to focus your thoughts towards…
10… When you feel that disconnection to the old, take your cup from the freezer and tune intuitively as to how you want to dispose of the old... Do you feel drawn to bury it and give back to Mother Earth, dissolve under water in your sink, or throw in into the beach… There are multitude of choices available to you which there is no right or wrong… Allow your intuition to guide you…
Emotional freedom comes when you decide to no longer attach to the old & strengthen your self- belief to know you deserve more…
