Do you ever have those moments where you soul is revealing a lesson and you do 1 of 2 things:
#1… Immediately think – jeez how many more times do I need to revisit this again… Thinking your’re doing something wrong or you’re just NOT getting it, or
#2… Dismiss, repel or totally brush it aside and continue being stuck in your own head…
I know throughout my journey, I’ve done both of the above at certain time…
However I want to share with you that when you understand how you learn best, is when the opportunity comes to elevate your growth & prevent spiralling downwards into beatng yourself up…
You know, stop those repeated cycles once and for all…
Remember, you’re hear to learn, grow and evolve and you do that through the lessons you learn…
And lessons are gateways to transform into the next level you, then and there…
Because its in the consciousness that evolution and transformation occurs…
