I also think that when the soul says “rest, relaxation & self care is needed NOW” that you almost come to a screaming holt and that all you have the energy to do…
We have these periods where you are guiding to go within to assess what really is important for you & are you doing those things… Its easy to think what is right & forget to make necessary steps to making those things tangible…
Now, is about bringing through a real, raw & honest assessment of your personal soulful journey and NOT and I repeat NOT, beat yourself up if your not on track… But consider what will it take to turn things around so that you ignite that soul fire and completely connect you with your passions & loves…
