Whenever people consider speaking your truth, they usually think externally… As in, speaking your truth to others… However, this is secondary…
Speaking your truth is about having real, raw, full transparent conversations with self…
Having those soulful, yet difficult conversations regarding ‘what do you really want in this lifetime” …
We dance around this question because it can ignite frustration, victim mindset and worrying about other people’s opinions first and totally disregarding what matters to you… Or focussing on what you don’t want first… Which only exacerbates the situation and drops your energy down into a vortex that only attracts more of what you don’t want, right!!!
This is the moment to take that human aspect of self out of the equation… The human aspect of self wants logic, reasoning and rational constructs with evidence-based thoughts/feelings & memories to act as your guide…
And this doesn’t always allow the most trust guide you’ll ever have to be heard, which is your soul… Sometimes we need to get out of our own way and give permission for your soul to reveal those divine message to you that will guide you towards your own soulful truth…
And how you can do that is by simply asking your soul “show me what I want right now…”
This line of questioning awakens that intuitive wise aspect of self that has a much more profound understanding about your journey through this lifetime and asking for the answers to be revealed to you…
When you ask powerful questions your mind, body, soul & spirit must then seek to find the answer & share it with you…
And all you need to do is be open to whatever intuitive information comes through…

Without clarity you don’t know what direction to take which only taps into more fear-based thoughts doubting any decision or choice you make… This only keeps you feeling stuck and spiral into been busy, but not productive…
As you’re aware, you are a powerful manifestor and have been told that you have the ability to conscious create the life on your own terms… But without these heart to heart soulful conversations how they hell do you know what to go after that really ignites your soul and sets your heart on fire…
It’s so easy to get caught up in the day to day grind of have to’s and must do’s or put other people’s wants and needs ahead of our own and this can be a procrastination tactic because really, you’re scared to go within and seek the answers you desperately want…
But I know that if your reading this blog, that even though you may be scared you’re actually really want to shift from this space of hiding your desires and want to learn how to align yourself with what it is that you do want..
This message of speaking your truth is not a do once and then walk away… As spiritual humans you are continually evolving so it’s important that you ask yourself that defining question of “what do I want” or “show me what I want” regularly because your wants and needs will transform as you do…
Otherwise you can be chasing something that you’ve outgrown and not receive the outcome or the results you desire…
Once you’ve connectedly deeply with what you want, then it’s about creating the space to invite that into your world…
Considering what do you need to do to align with your desire… Do you invest in yourself and do more study, what things do you need to stop doing and what are some of the things you need to start doing…
Making sure that you’re aligning yourself with that which you desire on a human aspect of self which is your action steps but also through the soulful aspect of self of the beingness…
Who do you need to be to align and attract my desires into reality…
