Yet alot of people struggle to reach that euphoric state of being able to swtich off your busy crazy mind to reach those optimin levels of inner peace where you can access guidance from your soul or deeply connect with the universe…
So, I wanted to share another option to you that struggle with meditating yet crave the quietness, calm and balance that meditation provides…
Active meditation is about being able to access that meditative state via active forms of physical exercise…
When you’re a person with a busy mind, trying to just sit and find quietness amongst the choas of your mind running wild is NOT going to happen easily…
However, through actively burning off that frantic, fried or frustrated energy first, WILL induce that meditative state rapidly… Through giving the mind permission to circulate its thoughts, it will naturally reach an endpoint of nothingness… Quietness is achieved to meditate…
The KEY here is when you’re doing your activity/exercise to not engage in the information swirling around in your mind…
Just observe what is coming up but do not engage otherwise the mind will think you want to converse and you’ll get caught up in the conversation rather than let it run its course…
The activity you choose or exercise is irreleveant, it just becomes a doorway in which to access that deep meditative state that when reached you can go within and receive all the guidance you’re seeking…
