Self Sabotage Is An Intuitive Nudge

We all have moment where we recognise some of self sabotage behaviours creeping back into your world – right??? And in most cases it’s so easy to drop down into limiting thoughts thinking you’re not good enough or something is wrong with you…

We have been lead to believe the self sabotage thoughts, feelings, actions & behaviours are bad, so we go into hiding from others and ourselves in some cases…

Yet, if you let go of old perceptions and allow yourself to be open to knowing that self sabotage is an intuitive nudge to let you know that your inner world and outer worlds are not resonating together, then you will gain a whole new perception…

When there is an imbalance in your world expressing itself through self sabotage behaviours, it really is occurring to capture your attention and say, “Hey something is not working anymore”…

So really, your intuition is working with you and not left town, leaving you feeling unsupported whilst you delve into the world of self sabotage alone… Phew!!!

The answer is go within and explore the real core issue causing the imbalance… As a collective, our energy is becoming more fine tuned, so it doesn’t take much sometimes for imbalances to occur…

Lets begin with reverse engineering…

1. Start with knowing how your self sabotage is expressing itself into categories of Mind, Body, Soul & Spirit…

2. Write down all the behaviours that let you know your out of balance ie… over eating, self doubt, indecisive, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, over thinking/analytical overload, increase in addictive behaviours – smoking, alcohol, food, late nights, too much caffine/sugary foods/unhealthy foods, lack of activity/sitting around, insomnia, procrastination etc… 

3. Then simply write how you want to establish the flow of energy again… ie:

Over Eating                                                    Buy & Eat Nutritional Food 
(Self Sabotage behaviour)                              (Restore Balance)

Self Doubt                                                      Positive Affirmations 
(Self Sabotage Behaviour)                              (Restore Balance)

Over Thinking/                                              Set Timer For 10 Mins For
Analytical Overload                                      Decision Making
(Self Sabotage Behaviour)                              (Restore Balance)…

Procrastination                                             Take Action
(Self Sabotage Behaviours)                            (Restored Balance)

Notice how with a slight shift in perception how empowered you can become to move towards feeling aligned again can be!!! 

Once you have your list written out, its simple, just do to the ACTION steps immediately…

Everything becomes a choice from this moment on… Your intuition will continue to give you gentle nudges, but it all comes back to your own FREE WILL… You can resolve the problem and move forward otherwise, you can decide to continue to self sabotage, dismiss the warning signs and allow self sabotage behaviour to consume your being…

Either way, you are only one decision away from changing your world…
